Remedial Massage Therapist
Leigh began practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to build strength and flexibility, to avoid injuries in sport. He then fell into the practice for the depth and introspection it offers. In 2016 Leigh travelled to India to undertake a yoga teacher training to deepen his practice. It was there he was introduced to Myotherapy.
After India Leigh has gone on to train in Remedial Massage, Sports Medicine and is currently undertaking an Advance Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT.
Along with yoga, Leigh has a history in cycling, climbing, running and acrobatics. He incorporates the knowledge of these movements into a treatment to give you an educated understanding of the movement of your body in both sport and everyday life.
Leigh has undertaken placements at the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) and AFL Indigenous team.
